Discounted Registration Offered For The National Multiple Sclerosis
Society’s 2002 MS 150 City To Shore Bike Tour Presented By Commerce Bank And
Subaru On Saturday and Sunday, September 28-29
The early bird
gets the worm, but the early cyclist gets a $20 discount when registering
for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s MS 150 City To Shore Bike
Tour held on Saturday and Sunday, September 28-29. Register before Friday,
August 30 for only $40 ($20 less than the day-of event fee of $60) and
choose between one and two-day scenic routes to the Jersey Shore for the
beginner to the advanced cyclist. Once registered, participants make a
minimum pledge of at least $200 to help end MS and to benefit over 9,000
area residents with the disease. Cyclists begin at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday
at the Patco Woodcrest Hi-Speedline Station in Cherry Hill, NJ and cycle
to Ocean City and a night of fun on the boardwalk before riding back the
next day. The tour, presented by Commerce Bank and Subaru, features
fully-stocked rest stops, full medical and transportation support, festive
finish-line parties on both days and an extra-special awards ceremony
hosted by KYW-3 EYEWITNESS NEWS ANCHOR Larry Kane. To register or for more

All participants who turn in the required minimum to support MS research
for a cure receive the National MS Society’s “Certificate Of Completion”
and the official MS 150 T-shirt. Top fundraisers are eligible for prizes
including cycling equipment and clothing, gift certificates and trips for
two. In addition, those pledging more than $1,000 receive specialized
training by
Carmichael Training Systems, which includes training rides,
trainer support, and online encouragement.
The MS 150 City To Shore Bike Tour is presented by Commerce Bank and
